Happy 2nd Birthday Bryn Hoppy

One our favorite celeb-u-tots celebrated her second birthday earlier this month and Baby Swags was there to send a few gifts to the birthday girl.  Bryn Hoppy, daughter to Skinnygirl mama and entrepreneur, Bethenny Frankel and daddy, Jason Hoppy, turned two on May 8, 2012.  Bethenny has been a huge inspiration to many, many mom entrepreneurs around the world, it only seemed fitting that we would want to send the birthday girl a gift made with love, by moms!  Baby Swags clients, Boutique Ell’Ette provided Bryn with 3 adorable outfits, a Sunsuit Bubble Romper with a M2M Couture Rose Elegance Hair Facinator, a Peasant Dress and M2M Rolled Rose Hair Clip, and most excitedly, an Upcycled Flutter Peasant Dress , a OOAK item made from recycled ladies and children’s garments.  BOLBACH sent Bryn and Bethenny, mommy and me cuffs with cufflinks.  Miniature version of select adult sized cuffs so mothers and daughters can develop an early fashion bond with look-alike accessories.  Cuffs for little girls are expandable as they grow, fitting infants up to 10 years old and are reversible.  A style legacy for moms and daughters.   Hucklebuckles sent the birthday girl a cute peasant dress in a modern turquoise chevron fabric with a bubblegum pink “B” embroidered at the bottom right.  This dress is easy to wear and will grow with Bryn.  Baby U R Precious (B.U.R.P.) sent Bryn their organic bamboo hooded toddler towel which is ultra soft and absorbent, perfect for pool, beach and tub.  Also sent, organic bamboo washcloths that are hypo-allergenic, absorbent and great for sensitive skin.

Getting Your Products to Celebrities

People often wonder why companies send celebrities products when they clearly make enough money to purchase it themselves. When it comes to celebrities, one thing is for certain; they draw media attention. When companies send products to celebrities they aren’t thinking about how much the product costs and whether or not they can afford to by it, they are thinking about the results that the media attention will bring to their company when the celebrity is seen, either on video or in a photograph with or wearing their product.

With each celebrity gifting option, there are different types, styles and costs to be involved, along with different results you can expect. It is best to do your homework and be sure you are comfortable with the company you are working with, this type of marketing campaign, and results you can expect before you even put your foot in the door.

Swag Bags: Swag Bags can generally be the least costly way to send celebrities your product, ranging anywhere from $50 to $800 for each gift bag promotion. A swag bag will typically consist of merchandise that is distributed to celebrities, musicians, media, or other high profile members of society and corporate America. You may be familiar with the Swag Bags given to celebrities for the Oscars, The Emmys, ESPY awards and many other celebrity awards ceremonies. Swag bags can be sent to one celebrity or a group of celebrities for many different occasions, so it is best to know the theme and the quantity of products needed before you agree to any gift bag promotion.

Be prepared to take your own pictures so don’t forget your camera!
