Exclusive: Raising Sextuplets Couple File For Legal Separation

Raising Sextuplets reality couple Bryan Masche and his wife Jennifer Masche are splitting up, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

Jennifer filed a petition for separation from her husband at Yavapi County Superior Court on September 17, 2010. The breakdown of their marriage comes after he was arrested in Arizona on September 1 following a family bust-up during which he allegedly shouted profanities at his wife and threatened to “flatten” his father-in-law.

Masche exclusively told RadarOnline.com that he was “not a criminal” but his wife has decided to call it quits on their relationship. He had been charged with two counts of disorderly conduct for domestic violence, one count resisting arrest and one count threatening domestic violence.

PENÉLOPE’S PREGNANCY CAUSED WORRY ON SET

REP CONFIRMS PENÉLOPE CRUZ PREGNANT

We told you first! Life & Style exclusively revealed on July 14 that Penélope Cruz and husband Javier Bardem were expecting their first child. Despite denying Life & Style’s announcement of her pregnancy earlier this summer, the 36-year-old Spanish star’s rep now confirms the news, telling Life & Style, “Penélope is four and a half months pregnant.”

Penélope’s pregnancy caused some initial worry on the set of Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tidesis. An insider tells Life & Style, “The film company was worried about scheduling because of Penélope’s pregnancy but tweaked some of the scenes to make it work.” She is on her way to London where the filming of the fourth installment is almost finished, her agent said today.

She’s playing the feisty daughter of Blackbeard played by Ian McShane, the nemesis of Johnny Depp’s character, Jack Sparrow. “There’s a little romance between [Depp's] Captain Jack and the character that Penélope plays,” producer Jerry Bruckheimer said recently. A movie insider tells Life & Style that the couple wanted to get married before their baby arrives next February.

Penélope and Javier secretly married at a friend’s house in the Bahamas on July 10. It was an intimate affair, with only close family present.

For Teresa Giudice, the past few months have been the roughest of roller-coaster rides. Now a household name, thanks to her star-making turn on The Real Housewives of New Jersey, Teresa saw it all marred by the shock of learning that she and her husband, Joe, were $11 million in debt — and needed to file for bankruptcy. And as if her financial turmoil wasn’t enough, the 37-year-old mom has, in recent weeks, been subject to a slew of insults and unsavory rumors — including talk that Joe has fathered a love child with her sister-in-law and an embarrassing article in Steppin’ Out magazine, in which fellow Housewife — and arch-enemy — Danielle Staub compared her physically to “Cornelius from Planet of the Apes.”

Teresa admits that, emotionally, this has been the most difficult period of her life. “First the bankruptcy thing and then all the rumors,” she tells In Touch in an exclusive interview. “It’s like people have nothing better to do — it’s pretty sad.” But as upset as she’s been by it all, Teresa remains strong. And she credits her four children with keeping her that way. “I mean look at them, they’re just amazing,” she says of her daughters, Gia, 9, Gabriella, 6, Milania, 5, and Audriana, 1. “They’re just so beautiful, and they make me happy. I live for being a mom.”

Kim Kardashian buys Home Pregnancy Tests?

Could Kim Kardashian be expecting her first child? Life & Style can exclusively reveal that the reality star was spotted buying home pregnancy tests with her mother, Kris Jenner, at Boots pharmacy around 3 p.m. on Sept. 12 in London.

“She picked up three Clearblue tests,” eyewitness and fan Caroline Bell tells Life & Style exclusively. “I did a double-take, as I couldn’t believe it was her.” A Boots shop assistant confirms to Life & Style that Kim stopped in the store on Sept. 12.

Whether a plus or minus sign popped up on her pregnancy test remains to be known but all signs certainly point to a positive reading.  Throughout NYC Fashion Week and at the Sept. 13 launch party of season 5 of Keeping Up with the Kardashians in London, the noticeably curvier Kardashian stuck to water. Plus, while she recently tweeted about starting the Sunfare meal plan, eyewitnesses tells Life & Style Kim indulged in carb-heavy scones at the Ritz and pasta at Locanda Locatelli on Sept. 12 in London.

“Kim has swapped her trademark skintight dresses for a lot of loose fitting tops and even ponchos,” an insider tells Life & Style. “It’s been a sudden transition from one to the other.”

“I always had a vision that I would be married with at least one kid by 30,” Kim, who celebrates her milestone birthday on Oct. 21, recently told Life & Style. “Family is the most important thing in life.”

“I never thought I would have a baby without being married — but you never know.”
