Life & Style Exclusive: Inside Jennifer Garner’s Low-Key Baby Shower

Jennifer Garner‘s one of Hollywood’s most famous actresses, but that doesn’t mean she needs a lavish baby shower!

She celebrated the upcoming birth of her third child quietly at a friend’s home in the Brentwood section of LA on Feb. 1, Life & Style has learned.

“It was a lot of moms and very small,” a friend of the star tells Life & Style. “It was just a normal group her friends, but Jen was very excited to see everyone.”

And the mom of Violet, 6, and Seraphina, 3, didn’t event want gifts!

“She asked that no one give her anything, but she still ended up getting a ton!” the friend adds. “She was thrilled.”

But what’s Jennifer, 39, looking most forward to? Adding to her brood with her husband of six years, Ben Affleck.

“She’s so excited,” the friend tells Life & Style.

“Having a baby fills your life in such a way that no matter what you’re doing, there’s something bigger,” Jen has said about motherhood.

Heidi Klum & Seal Split

This past weekend Heidi Klum and Seal officially announced their split in a statement.

“While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate,” the couple say in a statement. “We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.”

Even though celebrity divorces hardly ever come as a shock and aren’t rare, it had seemed as if the the two of them had beaten the odds. They seemed so in love to the public eye, and even renewed their vows yearly. They both had an “in love” glow about them.

Seal had stated a while ago that the supermodel was “the one” and in return in an interview at a different time she stated that she didn’t know how she got so lucky.

The now split couple has 3 children together, Henry,6, Johan,5, and Lou,2. Heidi was pregnant with her ex’s child when Seal met and fell in love with her. Last year he officially adopted Heidi’s oldest child Leni, now 7, and considers her one of his own. He has always been in Leni’s life starting with being present at her birth/.

I hope that they will be able to make this as easy for children as possible. Best of luck to the whole family in this hard time.

Beyonce welcomes a baby girl

 Late Saturday night Beyonce and hip hop star husband Jay-Z welcomed a sweet baby girl into the world. This is the first child together!

Rumor has it that they named her Blue Ivy Carter or Ivy Blue Carter. Not sure which once because different news websites are saying both…what do you think of the name? She jumped on the band wagon of unique celeb baby names.

The Grammy-winning singer, Beyonce announced her pregnancy on the MTV Video Music awards on Aug 28,2011 and since then every one had been patiently awaiting the arrival of Blue Ivy!

Reportedly, Black Voices all got together for an amazingly expensive baby registry. Some of the gifts include an $84,000 diaper bag, $17,000 diamond encrusted pacifier and a $500 spoon. Wow! I personally can’t understand the need for spending that much money on those items but with celebs the bigger the better!

Congrats to the happy family…Beyonce, Jay-Z & Blue Ivy!

Kourtney Kardashian is expecting again!

Kourtney Kardashian is pregnant once again.

The 32-year old reality star and entrepreneur made the announcement on the cover of Us Weekly, saying she took a pregnancy test about five weeks ago.

“Now I’m nine weeks along,” she said. “You’re supposed to wait 12 weeks to tell people, but I feel confident.”

Kardashian and Disick, who are already parents to nearly two-year-old son Mason, also discussed the good news with E! Online, the home network of all their television ventures. Kourtney just started a mommy blog, shooting videos that give tips and tricks to new mothers based on her time raising Mason.

Kourtney, along with her sisters Kim and Khloe, cover the January 2012 issue of Glamour; amongst other things, Kim sighed that, following her divorce, perhaps she’s not meant to have children.
