Kristin Tips is expecting twins this month and Baby Swags was thrilled to be included in such a wonderful time for the happy parents to be. Kristin & Dick Tips are a prominent couple in San Antonio, Texas. Kristin has hosted (and chaired) Eva Longoria’s charity events in San Antonio and the couple owns The Fairmount Hotel, The LaPaloma Ranch and the Mission Park Funeral Home. Heidi Klum & Seal Split

This past weekend Heidi Klum and Seal officially announced their split in a statement.

“While we have enjoyed seven very loving, loyal and happy years of marriage, after much soul-searching we have decided to separate,” the couple say in a statement. “We have had the deepest respect for one another throughout our relationship and continue to love each other very much, but we have grown apart. This is an amicable process and protecting the well-being of our children remains our top priority, especially during this time of transition.”

Even though celebrity divorces hardly ever come as a shock and aren’t rare, it had seemed as if the the two of them had beaten the odds. They seemed so in love to the public eye, and even renewed their vows yearly. They both had an “in love” glow about them.

Seal had stated a while ago that the supermodel was “the one” and in return in an interview at a different time she stated that she didn’t know how she got so lucky.

The now split couple has 3 children together, Henry,6, Johan,5, and Lou,2. Heidi was pregnant with her ex’s child when Seal met and fell in love with her. Last year he officially adopted Heidi’s oldest child Leni, now 7, and considers her one of his own. He has always been in Leni’s life starting with being present at her birth/.

I hope that they will be able to make this as easy for children as possible. Best of luck to the whole family in this hard time.

What are we looking for?

Want to gain experience in digital marketing through social media? Baby Swags was founded in 2006 and assists small businesses reach various celebrities via our celebrity gifting services. Our growth has been a direct result of hard work, and strategically combining our business partnerships with celebrity outreach and marketing; we hope to improve our client results with your input and implementation of a creative online media campaign.

Intern Responsibilities Must Include:

Help create a long term social media plan and marketing calendar.
Relationship building with our online community & clients by maintaining Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other media accounts.
Track social media analytics and deliver weekly report noting successful strategies.
Update content on our company blog.
Update and create a monthly newsletter for our readers.
Attending local (to their area) events relating to the entertainment field.
Have a good eye for spotting client products and sharing the findings with our community and clients.

We are looking for an outgoing, creative, people person who seeks experience in product placement for celebrities, VIP’s and events through marketing and celebrity outreach. Our ideal candidate is someone who is confident, is a great listener, will take charge when needed, and someone who is confident in talking with members of the media. Candidates must be able to communicate to and with various celebrities, and must be able to interview celebrities and various members of the entertainment industry. This is a great opportunity to work directly with the President and SEO of a leading celebrity gifting company. Additionally, interns will have the opportunity to interact with and attend various events as a way to develop and manage their own projects that will aid in building their portfolios.

Candidate Qualifications:

Background in Marketing, Communication, management or other related discipline.
Strong communication skills.
Proficient in WordPress and have some experience in HTML coding.
Organized, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
Detail Orientated.
Ability to work in a fast-past environment.
Creative and Flexible.
Self-Starter
Familiarity with social networking sites.
Interested in the entertainment industry.
Passion for helping small businesses.

Celebrity Gifting: Melissa McCarthy

As a Plainfield business owner, it was a thrill for us to learn that actress, and Plainfield, Illinois native won the Emmy Award for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her role as Molly on the CBS hit television show Mike & Molly so of course we had to send her some products from a fellow local business owners and fans! We couldn’t be more proud! Our biggest congratulations go out to her!
